Monthly Billing is Coming

Starting in spring 2003, the DC Water and Sewer Authority (WASA) will add another major customer service improvement: monthly billing for residential customers. This is in response to your many requests to send bills on a monthly - rather than quarterly - basis. Now you'll be able to budget more easily, keep better track of actual consumption, and make earlier discoveries of "spikes" in your bill due to internal leaks.
